· Build Management:
o Create and Deliver Build package
o Initial Implementation Plans for releases
o Maintain Local and Development environments and process
o Develop new SVN structures to manage dispatcher & OTW changes
· Platform Sustainment:
o Systemic problem identification / resolution
o Monitor/alert creation, Reporting and metrics
o Maintenance routines / process, Capacity Planning
o Implements major upgrades
· Release Management:
o Reviews final code for each release
o Develop and publish coding standards
o Implementation Plans
o Completed Configuration Mgmt (Config Guides)
· Change and Release

· Break / Fix Management:
o Resolves major outages or escalated issues
o Assists customer in systemic problem identification/resolution
o Delivers root cause and implements actions to remove failure
· Issue Resolution
o Assist customer with any systemic Teamcenter issue to bring in a resolution in
acceptable timeframe priorities by either GE Aviation’s Sustainment leader or
Product Owner.
· Performance and Availability

· Change and Release Management

· Testing and Quality Assurance
