Our Client is undertaking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation that entails a five-year collaborative PLM program and continuous improvement activities.
The PLM Training Lead will be responsible for delivering on the PLM training strategy. This role will work closely with the OCM Lead, our external training partner, and other change management practitioners to ready and transition the impacted communities.
You’ll be expected to take on the following:
Guide and refine as needed the overall PLM learning and performance strategy.
Develop and maintain the detailed plan to deliver in-person, role-based training for a phased rollout across multiple sites.
Manage the relationship with our external training development and delivery partner.
Collaborate with others on the PLM OCM Team, Business Process Analysts, and Champions to develop numerous, role-specific performance support content and resources.
Along with others on the OCM Team, actively engage with a champion network.
Oversee training delivery logistics (additional administrative support provided).
Capture and communicate learning metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance over time.
7-10 years’ experience leading training (learning and performance) for large-scale, high-impact enterprise initiatives (e.g., PLM, SAP, CRM, HRIS).
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, adult learning, or organizational development.
Proven experience in training strategy development and plan delivery.
Advanced experience in developing training content that simplifies complex concepts.
Highly skilled in effective training facilitation as well as delivering positive learning experiences.
Ability to quickly understand unique business needs and company culture.
Significant experience with complex projects that encompass both business and technical change.
U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
Ideally, this position will be located in the Moog East Aurora offices.
Organizational change management certification or professional designation.
Experience working in the field of engineering within a manufacturing industry.
Working PLM knowledge. Ideally in Siemen’s Teamcenter.
Travel may be required, internationally and domestically
