We are seeking a Network Operations Center Application Engineer responsible for monitoring and supporting a Network Operations Center (NOC), the company's software products and network installations. This person will be the primary response and point of contact for all of the company's customers and sales and installation teams with the intent of resolving any issues. This position involves direct customer support and interaction and requires outstanding customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to apply technical and troubleshooting skills towards the resolution of customer tickets.

Monitor and support the company's cloud application.
Work with engineering to ensure reliable operation of the company's platform. This includes testing new features and reporting problems and issues to engineering.
Set up and manage dealers, customers, sites, and users permissions and access.
Ensure proper commissioning and assignments of the company's monitoring software
Set up analytics of data and generating periodic reports
Perform platform troubleshooting, coordinating and escalating with appropriate teams when necessary

Installation Support:
Support company's software products and installations at customer sites.
Oversee installations at various customer sites
Help identify and setup wireless equipment per customer site plan (routers, access points, repeater, )
Install / work with field installers to install and setup company's monitoring equipment and installations
When needed, perform in field installations and training for dealers and initial product startups at customer sites (may require travel)
Perform equipment startup & commissioning
Customer Support
Troubleshoot product issues at remote sites to identify root causes and direct service personnel or dealers to take corrective actions.
Analyze charger and battery monitoring data at various customers sites to help identify and resolve issues.
Work with the engineering and service teams to resolve product issues.
Document all customer support inquiries and resolutions

This individual should be efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support is essential in this position. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good problem solver, is organized and has a background or educational exposure to accounting or bookkeeping. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
