Job Description Summary
* Collaborate in a team environment with management, business development, program managers, and others to identify requirements, define objectives, and create professional looking documents
* Coordinate, organize, and process high-quality Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) in conformance with bid requirements and other established guidelines
* Ensuring 100% compliance with formatting standards set forth by solicitation requirements
* Proofread and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, exceptional grammar, clarity and focus
* Ensure overall quality of final deliverable, including but not limited to document processing and response reviewing, proofreading, printing, assembly, and ensuring all corporate and legal requirements are fully addressed and met within deadline
* Ensuring content (Figure References, Table of Contents, Acronym List, etc) accuracy
* Development of compliance matrices, performing advanced desktop publishing; and managing final production/delivery
* Excellent project management skills including; good communication, delivery of results, and working in highly collaborative multi-function environment
* Coordinate with other departments to develop compelling presentations and oversee the final quality and production of presentation materials
o   Bachelor's degree
o   Exceptional command of the English language including persuasive writing, editing, and proofreading skills
o   Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and expert in grammar and spelling
o   Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous assignments and meet tight deadlines, providing a consistent level of quality and accuracy
o   Professional demeanor with positive, solution-seeking attitude and a high degree of organization and personal responsibility.
o   Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, including Power Point, Word, and Excel. Word skills must include ability to format documents, apply styles and templates, and build tables. Experience with Microsoft Visio is a plus
o   Ability to create and manipulate graphic elements (i.e. organization charts, tables, exhibits etc.) and to use templates for formatting layout and proposal/presentation preparation
o   Position may require occasional evenings and weekends
