Looking for a highly technical Customer Engagement Manager. This person will interface with the client, understands the overall business process of the client and their manufacturing procedures. Able to discuss with them the systems they use and have the ability to point out issues with the current methods. Not an architect but can visualize the solution and then be able to communicate it to the internal Architects. Will be business savvy, able to work with CIO or Product PLM/PDM Director, understand in broad strokes all of the systems being used (“talk the talk”). This person is NOT responsible for creating the solution.
