Our Client is looking for a Senior C2 Architect will support the design of a sensor processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) capability.  
The candidate will provide subject matter expertise in full-stack software development, VM and cloud-based architectures and associated hardware.  The candidate will be responsible for architecting and designing hardware, software and processes that support data dissemination to different customers across multiple security domains.  
-              Develop system architectures within DoDAF standards and support the development of market surveys, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and initial requirements documentation.
-              Assist the Government and engineering teams with best practices from the Agile method to prioritize requirements, oversee sprint reviews and review story point allocations along with suggested tasks for each sprint for the hardware and software teams.
-              Support the development of an initial capabilities document and machine-to-machine (m2m) schema for common Command and Control (C2) and data dissemination.
-              Evaluate existing controlled interfaces and available alternatives to optimizing cross-network data transfer for data with high volume, variety and velocity
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar -
-              Minimum of 15 years’ of experience across software development, engineering and networking/communications
-              Experience in architecting full life cycle systems with DoDAF standards
-              A demonstrated working knowledge in distributed systems and cross platform interoperability
-              An understanding of hardware/software rulesets used by data message guards
-              A strong foundation in IP-based networking and multiple transport protocols Basic project management experience (schedule and task management, WBS creation)
-              US Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance.    
Desired Qualifications:
-              Master’s degree - A demonstrated working knowledge of data associated with MASINT phenomenologies
-              US Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance and poly.
