Provide Talent Management System end-user & management support:
  • Provide general administrative support to corporate (LMS) learning management and talent management system users
  • Support the management of learner profiles (validating access, password reset support, reviewing transcripts, etc.)
  • Support the management of the training customer service inbox and phone calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues and requests
  • Report generation and distribution
  • Other various duties as assigned

    Desired candidate has system, software support (preferably with LMS/Talent management SAAS experience)

  • Advanced PC Skills required: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

    Desired Skills:
  • SumTotal Learning Management System experience highly preferred
  • Experience providing administrative support for learning systems for 5,000+ users
  • Experience supporting training organization
