Manage the business and complete P&L for the site operations through a team of managers and supervisors to achieve targeted business results including financial, safety, quality, delivery, productivity and regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Provide leadership for issue resolution to facilitate day to day operations.
  • Ensure quality personnel are operating the company Quality Management System to drive areas of improvement.
  • Review established metrics for all departments to ensure all areas are operating at the highest efficiency possible.
  • Maintain and drive the 6s program to meet company standards.
  • Analyze workforce requirements and make adjustments as necessary at the right frequency to achieve productivity requirements.
  • Manage P&L and ensure all departments have key metrics in place and the process to achieve financial results is managed on a daily and weekly basis, in collaboration with the site Finance leader.
  • Coordinate with Finance on monthly forecasts and yearly budgeting.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to direct reports and supervisors.
  • Create and sustain a continuous improvement environment.
  • Develop and communicate organizational goals and expectations.

    CAPITAL PROJECTS: Complete all capital and equipment projects on-time and on-budget

    CULTURAL CHANGE: Drives cultural change to a high-performing, professional organization.

    TALENT DEVELOPMENT: Develops a talented, cohesive management team and strong supporting organization. Makes adjustments in management team as needed.

    COMMUNICATION: Improves internal communications and drives higher levels of employee engagement and develops a high performing and self-policing culture.

    BUSINESS RESULTS: Achieve Monthly Sales and EBITDA targets by actively driving business development to win new business by developing strong customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction by driving improvements to quality, on-time delivery, responsiveness and overall customer service.

  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: 2-Year degree required / 4-Year technical degree preferred.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of business financials, special processing applications and deployment of business systems.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must have 3+ years of recent manufacturing operations lead, direction or supervision experience.
