Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each):
50% - Responsible for the generation of earned value program schedules for Orion programs, and execution to meet planned program deliveries. This includes initiation, creation and statusing a Line of Balance Report.
25% - Perform monitoring and tracking of hardware through the build process to ensure on time delivery of products and supporting documentation.
15% Provides schedule/material status to program management and other internal or external customers.
10% - Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements and associated government compliance
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and ten (10) years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to analyze material consumption and project future trends required. Must demonstrate a good understanding of earned value management as well as material and production control and MRP/ERP (Oracle preferred). Must have good computer skills (ie: Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, Microsoft Project). Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a team environment are essential to success.

o Create a field map of Custom fields
o Create custom views for different purposes and internal/external customers
o Proficiency with a One Page schedule reporting tool, in our case Milestones Pro
EVM and Analytics
o OPDEC Schedule Investigator
o forProject DCMA 14 Point Schedule Analyzer
o Filters, Groupings, Sorting using intrinsic MSP abilities
o When needed run Logic Diagrams
o Understand the IPMR DID and DCMA Metrics and Requirements
o Understand EV Concepts
o Knowledge of Cost/Schedule Integration Tools
o Proficiency in maintaining Cost/Schedule Integration
o Proficient in Determining Customer Contractual IMS Reporting Requirements
o Consistently create an auditable Monthly Schedule Submittal to the Customer
o Produce Monthly Schedule Analysis consistent with DCMA Guidelines
