•Maintains records of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.
•Maintains records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed; coordinates property transfers; conducts periodic property inventories; and prepares reports of property status.
•Use cross-functional supply chain processes to conduct operations associated with supplier interface, material handling, calibration recalls, use certifications, environmental constraints, records maintenance, HAZMAT management and control to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and disposition.
•Performing logistics product support analyses to identify parts, equipment, activities and skillset necessary to maintain systems and retain operational availability.
•Conduct property and mission systems spares audits as required.
•Will support obsolescence management and DMSMS activities.
•Conduct physical inventories and adjust and/or maintain spares inventory account records
U.S. Citizen with an active DoD TS/SCI ClearanceFor our Veterans - the following military codes may be applicable to this position 6618, 9089, 88N, 3043, LS
High School diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum 6 years of related experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in material handling, property control, or logistics.
Proficient in all aspects of warehousing, packaging, handling, and shipping & receiving material.
Demonstrated experience with inventory systems and IUID.
Knowledge of Integrated Product support elements and GEIA-STD-0007-B
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with DMSMS
Experience using Logistics Information Operational Network System (LIONS)
Level of Repair Analysis understanding
Sparing and spares analysis/Recommendation
Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) Development
Interacting with team leads to interpret Customer needs and requirements
Participating in and presenting technical information in team and customer meetings
Performing logistics product support analyses to identify parts, equipment, activities and skillset necessary to maintain systems and retain operational availability
