Essential Functions: 40% - Support market pricing activities by completing and analyzing compensation surveys. Summarize survey results by creating ad hoc reports using market pricing tools and systems. 30% - Support the Compensation team in the administration of various compensation programs such as salary planning, recognition programs, short-term and long-term incentive programs. This functions involves preparing summary communications to employees on various compensation programs, compiling summary reports in Excel, using various compensation and HRIS systems to gather and summarize data, and organizing and maintaining compensation program documentation 20% - Act as the coordinator for department projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities, managing project documentation such as status reports, meeting notes, and electronic files 10% - Assist in the preparation of various PowerPoint presentations in support of leadership and Board of Director meetings.

Skills: Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices and standards of human resources management is required. Advanced skills in Excel are required and should include thorough knowledge in creating charts & graphs, Macros, Pivot Tables and various functions. High-level of competency in PowerPoint, Word and Outlook is also required. Requires working knowledge of various business systems such as HRIS or other HR related systems and tools. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with varying deadlines. On occasions, the position may require working extra hours in order to meet established deadlines.
Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
