Responsibilities include engine development and durability testing on the test cell while ensuring that the test cell is ready and capable of meeting the requested testing goals and deadlines.
All test cell test programming, engine calibration setting, cell maintenance and instrumentation calibration is required.
Review testing methods to determine areas for improvement in accuracy of the results, consistency of the results, and the efficiency of the processes involved.

The candidate must have Internal Combustion engines experience not electric motors or Chassis Dyno.

Requirements include B.S. degree or equivalent work experience in Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis in internal combustion engines and associated course work such as fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.
Minimum 3- 5 years experience with development and testing of engines and components utilizing an engine dynamometer including setup and maintenance, development of test procedures, data acquisition and analysis. 3-5 years of experience in Puma, Concerto, Excel, Word, database, and data acquisition software.

Must have experience with measurement and data logging equipment; engine control software and related calibrations; structuring and defining automated dynamometer control files for testing using Puma system.

Must have hands-on experience of test equipment inspection, maintenance and minor repair, previous data analysis, summarizing, and reporting writing experience and ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate, plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate work under minimal supervision in team environment and work well under pressure in a diverse environment
