The European Program Manager position is responsible for acting as liaison with US Engineering to help facilitate product development, resolve project issues and monitor profit & loss of products intended for the European market. The person will work closely with European Product and Project Managers to ensure objectives are communicated and milestones are met. Responsibilities include ensuring our European colleague s expectations are met through daily interface with the European FAEs and Project Managers, as well as, US Engineering. The candidate must be able to read and comprehend product specifications for consumer applications, working in a cross-functional team environment and being able to coordinate all program team activities without the benefit of a direct line reporting staff. The position will report directly to the SVP of Product Development.

Position Requirements: At a minimum, the individual must have completed and earned a Bachelor s degree or have completed advanced courses in Program Management. Knowledge of audio/video equipment and wireless control technology is preferred. Candidate must have excellent communication and written skills in English. Dutch or German fluency is a strong plus.
Position will require some travel to Europe.

    Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of software products based on customer requirements.
  • Work with engineering development teams to deliver a project plan with timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage resource allocation for major and minor development projects to ensure timely delivery of multiple products within the same time frame.
  • Work closely with European Product Managers to ensure market requirements are met and supported.
